Army should be pulled back sooner or later, limit it to the borders or LOC and not into daily life of people and let the policing take over. Who likes to be insulted every day basis.

Second…few encounter specialists are reqd as part of policing. Though its inconvinient, some pests have to be get done with.

India should depend on local govts rather than huge state govts. Let the local people decide what they want..their teachers, their taxes, their schools, colleges, tourism in the area and not state leadership…who leaders and kids golf and dine in switzerland, then show sympathy on poor and win elections later on.

Also trade should be improved.

This is the same talk we do in telangana of AP that we are ignored, not treated equally, partiality in funds and distribution, corruption etc…I think there are issues in the country with the current philosophy of governance. Local and community level govt is the key
