Are TRS and Elections commission game with each other?

Are our systems getting weaker? TRS did not like voting using EVMs. To create an issue, TRS party made sure to file over 950 nominations, making it difficult for EVMs. Election Commission in return rejected most of the application giving few silly reasons. Is this the way our systems should be?
